AOTGA Cargo Terminal at Phuket International Airport has been positioned our operation to achieve the goal by increasing the flow services efficiency through a focus on the plan to maximize the utilization of warehouse capacity for the highest benefit. We also focus on the zero inventory concept by manage the flow of all shipments including export, import and transshipments to support the on time delivery and the expansion of logistic industry.

• Acceptance - AOTGA cargo operations facilitate the air cargo industry by providing cargo acceptance facilities, measuring dimension and weight, counting pieces, and identifying commodities with certified scales from the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce. Our employees are responsible for measuring all cargo to be uplifted and delivered to the destination without fail and without incorrect details to service airlines and their customers with thrust.
   
• Safety and Security Standard - Our cargo facilities have been inspected and are validated by approval based on aviation security validation. We provide an extremely secure warehouse area with a high-standardized x-ray machine to screen all shipments from airline customers and are well-prepared to fulfill aircraft capacity.
   
• Certification and Special Care - AOTGA provide resources including trained manpower and certified tools with a maintenance plan to prepare all shipments ready to be onboard under safety and security conditions. Our team has been trained and held the IATA cargo handling licenses, such as DG CAT-6 licenses, etc.

• Warehouse Operations - Depending on worldwide logistics and supply chain schemes, our warehouse and cargo terminal for the air transportation cycle have fulfilled with resources and equipment under supervision controlled and monitoring. We can serve 500 tons of air cargo shipment per year delivered worldwide north through south and east to west.
   
• Customer Services and Documents Handling - Our company provides customs data services and well-known cargo systems such as Cargo sPOT, etc. With transaction data between SITA and EDI messages worldwide to update and track the shipment 24/7, we support both inbound and outbound document handling for smooth cargo delivery and attend to full air cargo services for all customers both domestic and international routes.
