LOT Polish Airlines, the flag carrier of Poland, launches a new route from Katowice to Phuket, Thailand.

The first flight, LO6193, took off in the evening (6:45 p.m.) on November 6 and landed at Phuket International Airport (HKT) at 12:10 p.m. on November 7 (Local time). This is a charter flight flown by a Boeing 788 and serviced by AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA).

LOT Polish Airlines was a founding member of IATA (The International Air Transport Association) and remains one of the world's oldest airlines in operation. With a fleet of 75 aircraft as of 2021, LOT Polish Airlines is the 18th largest operator in Europe with over 120 destinations across Europe, Asia and North America. And I must say, LOT Polish Airlines' charter flight service has been operating regularly during the winter flight schedule every year since before the epidemic. But this time, it opens a new route, ready for the increasing number of tourists.

The regular schedule of airlines, including charter flights to Thailand, is increasing in number during this period, which is the winter schedule because it matches the tourist season in many countries.
