China Eastern Airlines launches new routes and is ready to welcome Phuket residents.

Continuing from January 18, when airlines from China arrived at Phuket International Airport (HKT) for the first time in three years, until today, January 26, airlines from China are still coming in with an ever-increasing number of flights, which means a massive economic recovery for sure. This time, China Eastern Airlines opened a new route from Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) to Phuket International Airport. The first flight, flight code MU2813, arrived in Phuket at 5:00 p.m. Thailand time.



China Eastern Airlines is Phuket International Airport's fifth Chinese airline customer and 52nd airline customer for ground services of AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (AOTGA) at Phuket International Airport. However, AOTGA still has activities to welcome airlines and passengers during the Chinese New Year festival as usual. But what's more, China Eastern Airlines will be the last airline for this Chinese New Year's welcome event. Additionally, airlines that use the service in the future will be welcomed in additional unique ways.
