West Air (PN) opens a new direct flight to Phuket.


West Airlines Co., Ltd., also known as West Air, is an airline from the People's Republic of China. It is a low-cost airline that offers both domestic and international flights. The company was established in March 2006 by its parent company Hainan Airlines, and has served the route more than 36 destinations.

On March 10, 2023, West Air has opened a new route, direct from Chongqing (CKG) to Phuket International Airport (HKT), operated by Airbus A320, flight code PN6423, landing at 4:50 p.m. Before resuming the flight at 5:50 p.m. There will be service on this route 4 times per week, continuing from the Chinese New Year period, when many airlines opened a new route and returned to service in Thailand. West Air is another airline from the People's Republic of China that has added a route to Thailand this time and is counted as the 57th airline customer of the ground services from AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) at Phuket International Airport.
