AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) organized an activity to strengthen relationships, unity, and participated in a seminar under the topic of "Winning Mindset" and "Leadership Competency", which is an internal activity for employees at the manager level and above to enhance cooperation in each department to be stronger and more efficient. The activity was held on August 1-2, 2024 at Veranda Resort Pattaya.

Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President of AOTGA, summarized the performance results in the past and set the direction of future work to review the performance and inform employees of the direction of the business to create a better understanding of the company's goals. There were also activities to strengthen good relationships between employees to create unity among the teams of various departments.

AOTGA believes that good efficiency must start from the inside out. Therefore, we focus on developing personnel along with developing services to ensure that everyone will receive the best ground service care at every airport where AOTGA provides services.
