On July 17–21, 2023, AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) was inspected and jointly developed standards with ISAGO (The IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) to raise standards to be international in the aviation industry and to build confidence in the service of all customers through the inspection and joint development of standards this time. This will check all of the services of the company to see if they meet the international standards that have been set or not. Mr.Sharad Tijoriya and Mr.Atul Garg have been the inspectors since Monday, July 17, and ended the inspection in the head office on July 19, before continuing to check at Don Mueang Station on July 20 and ending on July 21, 2023. Phuket Station is scheduled to begin next week and will receive a certificate in October 2023.
The ISAGO certificate is considered a standard inspection of ground service companies within the airport, which is a service provider to airlines. It will cover management, transportation control, baggage handling, goods and ground operations for aircraft, etc. Therefore, having a certificate from ISAGO is important to certify the standards of work in all aspects of ground service.

On July 11, 2023, Ruili Airlines increases its service to Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) from Lijiang Sanyi International Airport (LJG). The first flight, flight code DR5041, was operated by a Boeing B737-700 and landed at the airport. Suvarnabhumi at 12:40 p.m. Thailand time.
